Condolences To Steve Irwin’s Family
Steve Irwin Crocodile Hunter Death
Sad news to those who watch Animal Planet’s Crocodile Hunter because on Monday September 4 2006, Steve Irwin was killed by a stingray barb that pierced his chest while filming an underwater documentary off Port Douglas, Queensland, Australia.
Geez I know it’s been a week. I never met the guy but my heart aches that he had so much to offer and was taken away from us, the world, his family, my condolences to his family, can’t imagine the hurt they must be going through.
Everytime I think about the news,of Steve passing, I just think he had so much to offer to the whole world, why did this happen? 
Steve Irwin’s show was very informative and entertaining, and I learned a lot by watching. Steve was really good at explaining animal behavior, and I’ll really miss watching the show. I didn’t consider his show to be entertainment - it was very educational.
Steve was an inspiration for many! His spirit and zest for sharing about the environment and life itself will always be in my heart and the heart of my daughter. She favorite VCD right now, ironically enough, is Wiggly Safari. She don’t understand that he has died, but She sure do love him!!
You were the greatest animal-lover i ever knew!
He was such a genuine caring gift to the humans of this world. If we all had just an ounce of what he had to give, it would be a better world.
